We frequently measure the employee experience and plan all our actions based on the feedback we receive from our employees
Employee Experience Digital Platform
The Employee Experience Digital Platform, which contributes to strengthening internal communication and collaboration and enriching the feedback culture, is used to publish stories, announcements, necessary documents, celebrate special days and run recognition-gesture applications within the company.
It also enables pulse surveys and 360-degree reviews, receives instant feedback, manages the suggestion system and measures the company’s happiness rate with the “Happiness Barometer”.
The aim of the Suggestion System, Recognition and Reward is to ensure communication and cooperation within the company, to share suggestions, to support the participative approach to improvement activities, to ensure efficiency in processes, to develop a sense of belonging among employees, to increase motivation and to raise awareness of environmental and social responsibility.

Through the Digital Employee Experience Platform, employees can share suggestions that can be implemented with quick fixes, and their management is the responsibility of Human Resources.
*Energetic Ideas
As a result of the evaluation of suggestions within the framework of Energetic Ideas, suggestions that are considered to make a positive contribution to the effective and efficient management of the company’s business processes, cost optimization and employee experience are shared with the company’s employees via the Employee Experience Digital Platform.
*Being Noticed
Exemplary attitudes and behaviors that create efficiency within the framework of the company’s vision, mission, values and core competencies and that make a significant/measurable contribution to the company are rewarded. The Recognition and Reward System is implemented to recognize, value and reward these attitudes and behaviors as soon as possible.
It is important that the recognition of employees who demonstrate exemplary attitudes and behaviors is ‘instantly’ acknowledged by their managers and all other employees verbally or through ‘gestures’ on the Employee Experience Digital Platform to spread the culture of recognition and gratitude.
Employee Well-being
The health and well-being of employees is supported through the Employee Support Program, which provides psychological, legal, social and general information services.
The Employee Support Program, which covers employees and their first-degree relatives, provides psychological support, legal services, general information and crisis management services over the phone (24/7) and in person (4 sessions).
It is a program designed to meet the health, safety and information needs of employees and their dependents. It helps to prevent personal problems that affect the functioning and efficiency of the workplace and to have a more creative and productive workforce. Protecting the physical and mental health of employees and their first-degree relatives also contributes to the sustainability of the business.
In order to protect the health of our employees and create a safe working environment, we are uncompromising in all our health and safety policies and practices and managing them as the most critical processes of our business.
As guardians of responsible business practices, we not only comply with regulatory standards, but go beyond by proactively promoting a safety culture that protects the physical, ergonomic, mental and emotional health of our employees. By encouraging employee involvement, we collaboratively manage all critical processes and continuously improve our OHS management system.
Synergic Movements
Aksoy has established the Internal Communication Group with the corporate identity of Synergic Movements to carry out activities that support the corporate culture, increase communication, motivation and loyalty of employees to the company, strengthen teamwork and ensure the efficiency of business processes.
A democratically elected “Employee Representative” is assigned to the Internal Communication Group, which has been carrying out its activities since 2014, and is identified from among our employees who have the experience, knowledge and skills to provide added value in the design and development of projects, in order to receive the expectations of our employees through a representative channel and share them with the team.

We provide private medical insurance for all our employees and their spouses and dependent children. Due to their duties and responsibilities, some of our employees are covered by personal accident insurance to cover any physical damage they may suffer because of sudden and external events. We support our employees with family, child, marriage and childbirth benefits.
As part of our corporate social responsibility, we have always prioritized contributing to the education of young people, whom we see as the guarantors of our future, through various educational support projects and the creation of sustainable value in the area of “quality education”.
