Employee Experience Digital Platform
Our Employee Experience Digital Platform enhances internal communication and collaboration by enabling the sharing of stories, announcements, documents, and special occasion celebrations.
It also supports pulse surveys, 360-degree feedback, instant responses, an idea submission system, and a “Happiness Barometer” to monitor and improve employee satisfaction.
Through the Suggestion System, Recognition, and Rewards, we promote process improvement, encourage employee participation, and increase operational efficiency.
- Suggestion Wall: Employees can submit quickly actionable ideas. The system is managed by the Human Resources Department.
- Energetic Ideas: Suggestions that positively impact business efficiency and employee experience are evaluated and shared company wide.
- Being Recognized: Exemplary behaviors aligned with company values are instantly acknowledged through the Recognition and Reward system and supported by platform-based “gestures.”
Employee Well-being
Our Employee Assistance Program supports the well-being of employees and their first-degree relatives by offering 24/7 phone counseling and four face-to-face sessions. These include psychological support, legal consultation, general information, and crisis management services.
We also prioritize occupational health and safety, taking all necessary precautions to protect the physical, ergonomic, and mental health of our employees.
Synergic Movements
Established in 2014 under the Synergic Moves identity, the Internal Communication Group aims to strengthen our corporate culture by fostering communication, motivation, and teamwork.
A democratically elected Employee Representative gathers employee feedback and shares it with the team, ensuring inclusive communication and participation.
