Epique Island Got Branded As The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum

AKSOY HOLDING AND MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL SIGN DEAL FOR THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES ON THE ICONIC EPIQUE ISLAND IN BODRUM, TURKEY

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum will mark the first stand-alone branded residences for Marriott International in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region when it opens in 2021

Aksoy Holding has signed an agreement with Marriott International to brand its 126,000 sqm private peninsula – Epique Island – in Bodrum, under The Ritz-Carlton Residences. Featuring 74 exclusive villas, Epique Island was developed in 2014 with an investment of €200 Million Euro and has since generated 6,000 jobs in the country. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum, which will mark the first stand-alone branded residential project for Marriott in the region when it opens in Q2 2021, will bring a new era of luxury living to Bodrum.

Batu Aksoy, CEO & Vice Chairman of Aksoy Holding and Şafak Güvenç, Area Vice President – Luxury Eastern Europe and Gulf, Levant & Pakistan for Marriott International held a press conference and sales launch to celebrate the milestone which is expected to provide a significant contribution to the Turkish tourism industry.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum offers luxury living surrounded by the Aegean Sea. In addition to the 74 private villas that are located to preserve the sense of intimacy for its residents, the development includes sun terraces and piers that spread across the peninsula, sand beach, community pool, natural ponds, a kids club, a restaurant, fitness center and a clubhouse with an Owners lounge, spa, and meeting facilities. The private island also introduces the concept of barefoot luxury to its residents and offers an isolated lifestyle that is far from the crowd.
