Marmara Depoculuk has started its operations in 2011. Shell & Turcas Petrol A.Ş. is one of the shareholders with a shareholding ratio of 50%. Other shareholder in this company is Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. (50%).

Marmara Depoculuk operates by its fuel oil terminal located in Ereğli District of Tekirdağ. This terminal is built on an area of 88,776 m², has a storage capacity of 250,000 m³, a coastal establishment of 50,000 dwt ship capacity and a filling area of 13 road truck capacity at the same time.
