We proudly held the groundbreaking ceremony of our Continuum Club & Residences project, developed in partnership with The Continuum Company in North Bay Village, Miami, on March 30, 2025.

The ceremony was attended by our Chairman of the Board Mr. Erdal Aksoy, our CEO Mr. Batu Aksoy, and our project partners. With a total investment value of $300 million, the project is scheduled for completion within two years. Continuum Club & Residences has already achieved a remarkable sales success of 48% during its construction phase, positioning itself as one of the most prestigious residential developments in the region.
