Aksoy Holding has extended its operations into West Africa with a special focus on Nigeria through the establishment of Aksoy Nigeria, a joint venture company with VKS Nigeria Construction Ltd.

Operated under Aksoy Holding’s co-control and coordination, Aksoy Nigeria has signed agreements to become the exclusive distributor of Hyundai Oilbank and Petronas Lubricants in Nigeria.

Utilizing shared services and expertise of Aksoy Holding in supply, trade, logistics, distribution, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, international relations and business development, Aksoy Nigeria aims to expand its service and product portfolio with new opportunities and global partnerships.
