Aksoy Holding was renamed as Aksoy Girişimcilik Enerji ve Turizm A.Ş. (Aksoy Ventures) following a merger with its wholly-owned subsidiary Aksoy Bodrum Taşınmaz Yatırımları A.Ş. in May 2020. Since then, the company has been carrying out its activities with its new title and under a combined holding structure (functioning both as a holding and operational company at the same time), still using the Aksoy Holding as its brand name.
