Aksoy Holding established Aksoy Bodrum REIC in 1Q-2013 for the purpose of investing in High potential residential and tourism real estate/development assets in Bodrum, Türkiye. Company has been carrying out its operations under the title of Aksoy Girişimcilik Energy ve Turizm A.Ş. (Aksoy Ventures Energy and Tourism Inc.) after the merger transactions with Aksoy Holding A.Ş. since May 29, 2020.

First investment of Aksoy Holding has been the acquisition of 12.6 hectare (126,000 m²) peninsula in the Tilkicik Bay of Yalıkavak region of Bodrum.

Aksoy Holding developed a world-class ultra luxury residential complex called The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum. World-renowned South African architectural firm SAOTA, specialized in sophisticated villas and outdoor living, designed the project on the peninsula which already comprises 75 ultra-luxury private units. The project, which started as Epique Island, was branded by the most luxurious hotel, resort and residence brand; The Ritz-Carlton Residences and introducing the legendary service approach of The Ritz-Carlton to its residents. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum features the first stand-alone residence project of the group in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Construction started in March 2015, the project was launched in August 2015. The launch received EuBEA (European Best Event Awards) Silver Elephant Award in Opening/Ceremony/Festivity Category in 2016.

In the competition organised for the 22^nd time in 2018, by the German Swimming Pool and Wellness Union (BSW – Bundesverband Schwimmbad Wellness E. V.) in Berlin, the design for the heated private pools of the 75 villas in Epique Island was awarded First Prize in the “Premium Open Villa Pool” category.

Sales kicked off as of March 2016, the delivery of villas started in 2019 and the construction was fully completed in 2020.
