As Aksoy and Turcas Group Companies, our efforts to create a fair, inclusive, and gender-equal work environment have been crowned with a significant achievement. Following independent audits conducted in collaboration with the Sustainability Academy and Intertek, we scored 90 points and earned the “İş’te Eşit Kadın Certificate.” We received the certificate during a ceremony attended by all our colleagues and honored by the valuable participation of the Sustainability Academy.

This accomplishment is a strong indicator of our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal on Gender Equality. We remain determined to increase women’s participation in the workforce and to strengthen equal opportunity at the institutional level.
